I treat any meme with vertical and horizontal lines close together as “loss” until proven otherwise
Loss must be the lamest meme around. It wasn’t great in the beginning and it only went downhill from there.

I don’t see why it would be like that. Even if the chemical these were detecting was sky rocketing during miscarriage, the test should only have two lines worth of reagent (test and control) built into it. You don’t get more lines from high concentration. This looks like a misprint.

I cant believe the whole internet seems to laugh at a miscariage joke…
I mean, im laughing too, but if you try explain why its funny, you will get some wierd looks.
I think a big part of why it’s funny is because the original was so very NOT funny. It was such an intensely dark shift in tone, a deliberately serious dramatic beat, in a comic that was all silly fun, completely unexpected and out of place.
If it was just a miscarriage joke then yeah it’d just be purely fucked up, and pretty quickly forgotten. It’s the meta context that turns the whole thing into more of a joke than any single comic could tell.
