Blood is good, a bazillion mosquitos can’t all be wrong

I’m calling Whipped reindeer blood as the name of my upcoming metal xmas album. You are not allowed to steal it.
Blood has about the same amount of protein as the same weight in eggs so it makes sense.
Looks a bit like red blood cell.
In Sweden it’s a common lazy dinner to fry up a couple of slices of factory made Blodpudding made of pigs blood and rye. Traditions of how it is eaten is regional but I’m used to it with lingonberry jam and grated carrots. It’s quite similar to British black pudding.

Then there’s Filipino dinuguan, a pig’s blood stew.
And it’s fucking delicious.

So are the reindeer physically whipped for their blood, retaining the reindeer, or are they processed into a dairy substance and then mixed with their blood?
