Oh not this again. Why is milk such a weird misinformation topic for so many people? If you’re lactose intolerant, don’t drink milk. But it’s just milk, not a miracle cure jfc. If your country has a crop that has a lot of calories, that’s what people consume, like rice, bread, beans, potatoes, or milk.
Animals don’t fly in airplanes, all crops and products take energy, the dairy industry is fucked up and has a long history of shitty ethics, and all business is competitive. But, if you like milk, drink it, if you don’t, don’t. But dairy milk isn’t poison, neither is grain milk, and neither of those is evil or amazing, they’re just food.
Eat a balanced diet and exercise and don’t smoke or vape, get 8 hours of sleep, treat your femboys well, commit arson, drink more water, take a deep breath, and if your parents aren’t pieces of shit and they’re still alive, give them a call. Everything in moderation.
Stop being so hard on yourself. Life is too short. There is no such thing as a panacea.
Why are you drinking milk after you stopped being a baby, are you Homelander or something?
Fuck. I will eventually have to buy my own pasteurization equipment, won’t I?
Idiots. Raw milk is going to spread H5N1, which will ravage this country because there won’t be a vaccine.
I’m american. Born and raised (on the playground is where I spent most of my days). I do have to give it to the non-americans though, the self-centered assumptions of “this” country is out of hand. Be fair: Raw milk is gonna ravage everyone from every country.
Also… wouldn’t pasteurization… equipment just be… a… …pot? blinks and squints, thinkingly, holographic formulas flying everywhere
Technically speaking, pasteurization is rendering eliminate some percentage of bacteria via temperature and time. With a pot you can boil milk, which will render it safe for a time, and also destroy a lot of nutrients and change the flavor. Pasteurization as done in a dairy is typically lower temperature for a longer time, keeping the flavor and nutrients intact.
Because it’s not fully boiling you typically want a sealed container to keep new bacteria from getting in during the process. A pressure cooker is fine enough for home use.
This is very close to actual MAHA thinking, except with a true MAHA adherent it would be raccoon milk instead.
I feel like some conspiracy theorist when I talk about this.
We’re 100% being fed poison, CEOs don’t even eat the shit they peddle. Everything is to make money, make you sick to sell you something to make you better. Eating the EXACT same shit in a country like Italy is worlds different, you don’t get bloated, you don’t get the same options even. I never even saw Pepsi products, probably banned. Pasta, pizza, gelato, daily, no bloat, no laziness, no negatives.
Crazy what America allows its people to consume knowing it’s killing and making us dumber. All in the name of money. I hate this place.
What’s funny is that in the EU Italy is one of the biggest peddlers of junk food and usually the loudest opponent to EU-wide nutrition regulations. But you’re right it’s still miles ahead of the US, especially as far as banning additives goes.
I used it specifically because I was there in October 25, so it was a fresh experience. We ate a ton and felt little to no side effects like we’d feel in USA.
They have pepsi in Italy. There are some differences in what is allowed in American food vs European food but none of them would explain bloating or laziness. You may have some digestive issues because I don’t get those symptoms when eating American pasta or pizza unless I eat way too much.
A lot of Americans cite foreign food as being “better” and note how much better they feel while traveling. The average American also probably walks 10-20x more while on a European vacation than they do at home. I don’t think it’s the food
“What is this witchcraft?!? I don’t feel like shit, I’m sleeping better, and I have a bunch more energy? Must be the food.” - American on vacation suddenly walking miles a day vs walking maybe 100 - 200 yards a day normally.
Happened to the wife and I’ve seen it a lot in videos. I think it’s how the pasta and dough is made, something with the gluten and quality.
I don’t doubt there is Pepsi, I only saw coke, coke zero sugar, Fanta and a few others though.
I don’t really trust ai responses, but I’m not crazy, there is a big difference in European food quality vs the shit they put in food in usa.
There are thousands of videos on YouTube, probably more, getting into details, I can’t find the specific one I saw a few weeks ago. It felt crazy, but it’s a drastic difference.
This is only one guys story, but I believe him being able to eat stuff he normally couldn’t and not get IBS - https://youtu.be/xvIltQicFTU

The sugar in almost everything here would definitely account for the laziness and attention issues. Makes folks easier to control
Give them bread and circuses and they will never revolt
And in the states, Panem et Circenses, not even free, and it still keeps Joe Commuter docile and obedient.
Buh we have the RIGHT to pay for every moment of peace or recharge where we’re not bleeding for corporate!

No thanks, i prefer femboy milk
My nuclear family group chat is discussing gut health and diet. I am very tempted to post this in there.
what’s wrong with normal milk?
Comes from cows not angels
As a human, normal milk for me comes from human titties.
most of the world is allergic to milk, also breeding and killing cows contributes to global warming and animal torture
The container isn’t enough fun
What’s wrong with soy milk? Why is it a “cure”?
I’m going out on a limb and going with something something lactose.
The nsfw instance is that way 👉
