Maybe the speaker should have had something more interesting to say, did they ever think about that?

“Would you like to write it down?”
“That’s ablest and I’ll kill you.”
Well that’s just a healthy attitude is what that is. Strong and independent!
I am completely focused, unfortunately a moderate amount of background noise, fatigue, or cross-talk will make everything you say immediately gibberish to me, as I’m standing there listening to it. After the second repeat I start guessing based on the words I’ve managed to pick out and hope I’ve either gotten it right or that it will cue them that they need to rephrase it or use more words or something. It’s quicker than explaining what auditory processing disorder is or that I have problems understanding speech even though I don’t look old (and technically don’t have a hearing problem).
