I bought my son a drum kit so guess I just love my kids. It’s loud in my house now, but during garage sale someone thought it was stereo and was impressed that it was my 16 year old son jamming. So got that going for me.

Meh, they can practice in their room and I’ll be super proud ever time they show me progress.

I like my friend a lot and I adore her kids. I always get her kids an annoying toys. One of them got this a couple of years ago. Goes great with the drum I got a few years earlier.

No batteries though. They just take them out.

I really enjoy getting them “kids” books that aren’t really for kids. But now I do give her notice because the 8 year is probably starting to not go over her head.

They have enjoyed “go the fuck to sleep”, “Marlon bundo” and others.

It might not be such a bad idea to start cheap.

If the child puts in some effort and gets results, maybe give wt:thon a much better one.
