I’ve got a cup of coffee and a dream to make it through this day.
Throw in “also, we’re having an anxiety attack and everything hurts for no good reason!” and hey, it’s the past 30+ years of my life!
This morning I woke up at 5 am (consequences of summertime) watched the finale of daredevil, used my computer for the remaining hours then went back to sleep and eventually back to bed - woke up with so much mental clarity it felt like I’d died.
The last two hours of sleep are clearly the most important and I wouldn’t shame anyone for taking a nap right after waking.
Funny thing is exercise helps with that (barring disability in which case talk to a doctor), but in general the less you move the worse you feel and it takes a bit to kick in
