The final episode aired in 2004. So I’m not even sure Rugrats was still being aired 20 years ago where I live.
20 years age you were 13, now you are 33, which is the same age as Stu Pickles (pictured front row, left column) in the original Rugrats. The original first season run of Rugrats was 35 years ago, so you’re also younger than the show itself.
I don’t do nearly enough drugs for friends to look like cartoon characters, and I’m sort of jealous that you do. Also, I don’t associate with redheads or people with that ridiculous cut in half mustache.
