“We’ll figure out the accountability mechanisms at the appropriate time,” Jeffries told reporters.

Bruh how is it not here and now? If not now, when? if not you, who?

The largest blame belongs on the GOP, but let’s be clear… Competent democratic leadership could have prevented all of this.

These crooked, shit ass democrats like Schumer, Jeffries, Pelosi - even RGB - are soaked at this point in the blood and despair of the American people.

RGB cold in her grave is to blame for our troubles now? Fucks sake if it weren’t for her we would be miles worse. Stop taking one persons missteps and snowballing it into apocalypse. There are so many active agents of chaos already alive and well.

Seriously, a random time traveler stepping on a butterfly and consiquently the dinosaurs still existing make more sense that that garbage. You have the benefit of hindsight. Just like alcohol and weed, please use it responsibly.

RGB made the situation far worse by being a selfish greedy justice who refused to resign at a reasonable time. She held on FAR longer than was reasonable and as such deserves the blame.

Not a time for a change in leadership but a time to obtain some leadership. Any leadership at all. Sometimes that means at least saying “Fuck You” to the people running this new system of government.

They dont give a fuck about the average citizen. These are the same people that voted to slash funding Medicaid just a couple months ago. These are the same people that voted against impeaching Trump a couple months before that. These people want Republicans to pass every shithole bill they can because it’s better for their bank account in the long run and the typical rube will blame the Republicans for it happening.

Go ahead and call them complicit. This probably what they mean when they say they are ‘playing the long game’. Idiots.

I recognize that the knee-jerk reaction to end ICE is probably not the best solution.

But, read the room. Your constituents are begging you for strong leadership actions.

Every country on Earth has a version of “immigration police”. The catch is that some governments aren’t quite as malicious the current US administration. Some are even more than the US.

To the surprise of absolutely no one.

Incrementalist centrism is woefully inadequate to stop fascism, even if its practitioners were interested at all in doing so.
