So far the comments are all jokes, but I’m not laughing. The inmate is Australian, the prison is Australian, and Vegemite is widely beloved down under, certainly not something esoteric, expensive, or difficult to obtain. Banning it is simple cruelty, akin to banning hamburgers in US prisons.
