My proctologist says the exact same thing
Those cookies are totally worth a few finger-blasts.
It looks great from the top, but it’s super flat and will fall apart in your hand (plus no space for a nice chewy core)
Although if the first batch of your cookies look like that you can chill your dough for 10mins and get the perfect consistency on the second batch ^^
