The license says 9PEN155. I think it says PENIS. The driver was a man. Did this guy win the license plate lottery? Or did he pay for a vanity plate that was subtle enough that it got through the censorship?

Paying for vanity plates is too expensive. It was cheaper to legally change my name to “PJR 567”.
If that went through a censor, they need a new censor.
I thought this was a Tesla at first and I hoped he’d gotten a free vanity plate from a clever DMV worker.
