Feeling loved and appriciated.

Like, have you ever gone on a sugar fast for a couple days then drank some fruit juice? That shit hits HARD.

When someone I’ve gifted food to sends me a message later in the day telling me the food, bread, whatever was sensational. It tells me that I’ve nailed their food preferences and tastes. I’ve done a good job.

Food is my love language and it’s how I like to say thank you and show appreciation.

Hyperfixation, where you watch a really good movie or read a really good book and it starts to color everything around you

Tasty cold beverage after long physical activity (day hiking or biking)

Being locked-in nerding out doing technical stuff

Also, hot bath in cold weather

A long massage. Especially those rare times I’ve been able to get in mid-migraine or similar. My God. Might actually be better than sex. It’s up there.

Also vigorous head scratches from someone with long fingernails are crazy good.

It’s a tough call between them for me.

Finding things for people. In another life I’d be a librarian or detective, I guess.
