My issue was them asking what social media I used.
I sometimes said Reddit cause saying nothing sometimes got me perplexed looks.
More often than not when I mention Lemmy to someone, it’s after they’ve told me about something they saw on reddit and their reply is invariably, “what the fuck is Lemmy?”
“Lemmy is reddit methadone.” Is my go-to answer.
