It’s like the old saying, “If you see a child stealing food, no you didn’t.”
If you see anyone of any age stealing food, no you didn’t.
Seeing? In this economy? Surely not.
Fair.
Exactly
I mean they say this is the guy they’re looking for…but is it?? I don’t recognize him at all. Also he doesn’t seem to have that fancy backpack in between pictures. This leads me to believe that these are 2 separate dudes. Clothing colors are also different.

Also, the guy on top does not have teeth and the guy on bottom has teeth.
Also the guy on the bottom has cheekbones for days. Guy on the top is less defined. Can’t be the same person.
Pretty sure his dress is gold, not blue 😆
He was likely in New York for days before the shooting. Presumably not wearing the same clothes the whole time.
Just pointing out that had it been an average Joe who got assassinated and we had a clear picture of the killer’s face we wouldn’t even have heard about it on the news. Now they want everyone to look for him.
To be fair, a c level assassination is news, whereas a murder in a big city is not. It’s not about the chicken, but the seasoning and presentation, young chef.

You state this as a norm, to me your perspective of this as an acceptable norm is the problem itself.
My thoughts :
Your post states authoritatively what the norm is. No challenge here, that is the norm. True.but…
Why is that the accepted norm?and…
What causes that to be the accepted norm?so…
So if net worth affects the public services you receive in the form of police assistance, bounties, etc… isn’t that an indicator of a larger problem?so…
Who benefits from the stated norms?and…
Should we change those “norms”, kinda seems unfair huh?Yes.
Not perfectly written, but I think you get my jist. I’m so tired of people stating the norms of society as if they are immutable truths and not symptoms of a broken system.
Have a nice day.

Couldn’t say it better myself.
I like thinking he was avenging some family member(s) who died due to claim denials, or something along those lines. If we find out he’s some Qanon weirdo operating on some conspiracy about endrinochrome or whatever, it’s really going to dampen the vibes.
I sincerely hope he was. I hope it felt really good. I collected a mountain of screenshots from Facebook today of people who had lifesaving claims denied by them, and it’s so shocking written out even though of course it isn’t.
Guy on the bottom has a mouse cursor over him so it’s obvious the pic is AI. Can’t prove the top pic isn’t also AI. These pics tell me nothing…this guy probably doesn’t even exist.
I was just asking in another thread for this to replace the Drake meme and you already did it you glorious bastard
I’m going to assume we all saw those security camera photos and immediately thought of the Drake meme. Because you and I couldn’t have been the only ones…
First they use our help to search sunken rich people, now they want our help to find rich people killers.
The mayor of New York City literally said in an interview that the guy was masked the whole time and the face pictures were generated using “police techniques”. Why is no one talking about this???
I think you’re probably misinterpreting the quote. Here’s the reporting on this from the NYT:
Mayor Eric Adams said Friday morning that the investigation was “on the right track.” In an interview on Spectrum News NY1, the mayor added: “This person was fully masked, and we used good old-fashioned police work to come up with the picture you have.”
I think what the mayor is saying here is that because the alleged killer was masked, the cops actually had to do some detective work, canvas door-to-door maybe, pull security footage, that sort of thing. It wasn’t just a case of sitting back and running facial recognition on the killer like something outta CSI.
Unless you’re thinking of a different quote.
That was the quote. Thanks, I really did not understand that. I mean, if the guy was “fully masked”, they wouldn’t have a face shot. He should have said he was “mostly masked”.
Yeah I can see how the quote is super misleading.
I collected a small mountain of screenshots from Facebook of people who had United Healthcare claims denied.
Thanks for your service, mysterious internet person!
Anybody else see this photo and think 1) damn, that’s a nice smile; he’s fine, and 2) my hero.
I mean yeah he’s charming but that ain’t the guy. Different jacket, different bag.
I mostly just wish people would stop posting pictures of him. I don’t want the wrong person to actually recognize him, and get him caught.
I don’t see anything similar at all. Nope.
