It’s not for your security, it’s for the company’s. People suuuuuuuuck when it comes to credentials.
No New Zealand yet again.
For free? No thanks.
I can see it in your eyes,
The joke to counter “you can’t even write cursive” and other boomer bs is “well at least I know how to print a PDF”, alluding to the abysmal tech intuition of some boomers, usually those in controlling roles like managers or CEOs.
I’d make a “print a pdf” joke, but honestly, that’s already an unnecessary “skill”.
Sadly, technology has moved towards single finger usability and thrown out features in the process. Printing a PDF is now easy, because there’s a big button (that sells you a cloud subscription for some reason), but it’s also the only thing the app does.
My goal has been for ages to lose weight. Biking to work was not feasible for time efficiency reasons. I gave up Coke (for something better). Now the food season is upon us and despite some progress I’m back where I was last year. So now I got a stationary bike for in front of the TV. It costs as much as a year of gym, but I can do it anytime. At least that’s the theory.
Also I’m probably going to pay for a dating app now. My request for friends and family to take pictures of me has largely gone unfulfilled, though.
Welp, there’s always next year!
I mean, who cares? It’s the smokers’ problem? If you can’t dispose of your trash take it with you or stop producing it until you can. That’s true for any trash.
We expect people to carry doggie bags, too. Just clean up after yourself.
I realize that’s idealistic and it’s never going to happen because smokers be littering, but it makes me mad regardless.
Don’t worry, it’ll be fine in 0.5s.
Oh no, it’s back!
Never mind, it’s fine.
Wait no!
My parents got one somewhat recently (😒) and I have to say, features are also a negative point. Model Y door override is so inaccessible it might just as well not exist. No haptic control for most things except indicators as they are required by law.
Other than that it’s a car like any other, so no reason to support Tesla specifically.
I got myself an i3 2017 a few months back and while you can tell it’s a first gen EV and only basic non-BMW features (no Android Auto, only basic BT) I much prefer the i3. No random braking on the road, no crazy lane corrections. Not as powerful as the Tesla, but I drive in Eco, anyway.
I love Tesla for what they did for the EV market, but I’ll happily attribute that to the original founders and engineers. M*sk was only PR; if the car was half as tech geeky they’d still be where they are today.
I’m not the bottom two, that much I know.
I can’t grow a beard… oh no.
Right after lowering grocery prices.
Well yeah. The real criminal is dead. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If the outcome is the same whether you save up or not - you’ll never be able to afford anything - why now “own” things while you can?
If your outlook on life is “work until you die with nothing left over”, might as well take back something first. The debt will pile up one way or another.
I don’t think it’s most people. I (choose to) believe that’s a loud minority.
You’ve witnessed the US election recently, yes? I’m not exactly surprised.
