RV factory worker. I make around $95,000 gross at our current pay, though it has been as low as $56,000. I tend to work between 32–39 hours.
I tried a bit from the tap after my son was born, can say it was not bad at all
A440 was developed by the Nazis because it is harmonically dissonant and causes disorder and chaos as it is incongruous with people’s natural frequency. A432 is the ‘natural’ tuning system.
As someone who went to college for music theory, it was hilarious hearing this
I am very new to programming so as of now I’m not doing much more than simple shell scripts and C programs to do basic CLI things lol. I’m talking the Harvard CS50x course which has been a real treat. I’m no “programmer” yet but someday I hope I can make applications. I really enjoy C and have an interest in Java, Zig and PHP (mostly because my buddy loves PHP and doesn’t shut up about it)
It certainly isn’t fast but Acode is seriously amazing for its functionality. It even supports keyboard commands with a command key plugin, which let’s you do things like move lines, select within parenthesis, run code, etc.
I’m a bit of a luddite though, I don’t really care much for major IDEs and i prefer to write in simple code editors like Kate and do my debugging with the compiler and gdb.
This nerd does! I’m taking a CS course and being able to access my git and make changes if I get an idea while I’m on the go is very useful.
Acode. Amazing code editor with a very intuitive design and tons of features. Best phone implementation of a code app I’ve ever seen.
Goth is closer to metal and classical to me, too, artistically. Type O, Evanescence, etc.
Not even micro. There is a nonzero chance you’ve ingested the bristles at some point
Not to mention that the acronym isn’t even used any more afterwards lol
Not a bad way of comparing it tbh
I’ve had good friends who were Europeans studying here, and they can definitely be very insensitive and racist. What makes the two flavors of racism different to me is American racism is typically very confrontational, tribalistic. White man calling a black man a slur, and there’s something cavalier about it, maybe even humorous on the part of the racist.
Europeans have a much more “it is the way it is” attitude. I’ve heard friends talk very disparagingly about interracial couples, or blacks in general, and the attitude is less “hate for hate’s sake” but instead “it is the wrong way to be and my way is correct”. Fascinatingly, when you point out the bigotry, my friends have typically refused to accept their bias (at best), and will deny they’re racist.
I’ve long considered “Guest House” by Daughters to be a good representation of some kind of deliriant like meth.
Slow down. A lot. Slow down a painfully annoying and boring amount and rep the hard chord changes, the weird melodies, any of it. All of good technique is just good muscle memory and muscle memory is only built up through repetition.
Remember that every bad habit that you don’t nip in the bud early can have after effects to your technique for years.
So you’re still ensnared by the useless red circle? Thank you, I’ll update my AI content slop machine
