The tactic the Dems have been using since I was able to vote has been “We’re not AS bad as them so vote for us” and it worked for a short time. This just shows they’re the same side of the same coin to me, just different in text.

You understand nuance and a binary choice, right? “They fielded a 34-time felon pedo traitor. We’re not a 34-time felon pedo traitor. Vote for us” should be more than enough.

For that matter, you understand evolutionary process, right? The idea that “better” becomes “best” after more-than-one cycle?

    • Hamid Bendaas, a spokesperson for the IMEU Policy Project, said that during the meeting “the DNC shared with us that their own data also found that policy was, in their words, a ‘net-negative’ in the 2024 election.” Two other senior aides at the pro-Palestinian organization also said the DNC had drawn that conclusion.
    • Axios independently verified that Democratic officials conducting the autopsy believed the issue harmed the party’s standing with some voters.

The intrigue: The IMEU Policy Project is now accusing the DNC of withholding its report in part because of its findings on Israel.

    • DNC spokesperson Kendall Witmer denied that.
    • When DNC officials announced last year that they wouldn’t release the audit, they said it was because they didn’t want the report to distract from the work of winning elections.

Remember this the next time someone tries to lecture you on why your primary candidate is simply unelectable.

Why don’t you stop and think for a second why the democrats would decide it’s better to risk votes than to stop genocide? Clearly you had to leave practically all online leftist spaces because you’re not actually a leftist. So stop cosplaying by saying “we” are all stupid. We’re not stupid enough to think a party that refuses votes just so they can continue supporting genocide is willing to help at all.

Note that I’m not American before you lecture me over who I should or shouldn’t have voted for.

You are not American yet you defend American politicians complicity with the genocide . Palestinians do not give a damn about our excuses all they know is that both parties always provide billions in aid for Israel and diplomatic protection

          Where am I defending them?

this quote is a defense for democrats

But if you have the choice between “more genocide” and “less genocide”

People who voted for both democrats and republicans voted for more genocide. Like I said palestinians do not give a damn about our American trashy country, their trashy political system and there trashy excuses. Are you that stupid that you think Palestinians will say to you thank you my brother/sister for voting for the one who sent 1% less weapons and money when the 99% of the rest of weapons are enough to destroy the rest of Gaza? It’s not even possible de determine who would give less since Obama a democrats signed the biggest military aid for Israel.

When America is the one giving carte blanche to Israel to wipe them off the map, they have to.

70% of all structures in Gaza were damaged or destroyed 92% of all housing units destroyed or damaged 88% of school buildings were damaged or destroyed 80% of key water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities Only 16 out of 36 hospitals were partially functioning, facing critical shortages of fuel, medicine, and clean water. 75% of agricultural land, including orchards and greenhouses, was damaged or destroyed

This would not happen without Biden and Harris giving them carte blanche. There was zero sign of the cease fire was going under democrats . They knew that Israel is the reason why it didn’t happen yet blamed it on Hamas

Both party is giving carte blanche to Israel so like I said Palestinians do not cares about your excuses .

The only for Trump to be worse than Biden and Harris is if all Gaza is destroyed and all Palestinians are ethnically cleansed from the land. Still Trump should rot in jail just like Biden for fueling the genocide

You can’t even afford to condemn Harris for supporting Trump terrible plan for Gaza

The time to demand better is literally any other time than when you get to choose between fetid neoliberalism and full throated fascism. The fact that the DNC fucked us all by, among other things, not having a primary doesn’t change the fact that Harris would have been preferable, even though she sucks.

Idk what you want from me. I don’t like those people, I’m just really tired of living in fascism and don’t like the idea of revolution. Not accusing you of doing this here but the flip side of this is that people in these discussions tend to treat me like I’m the king of the Democrats and am personally responsible for them running shitty candidates. Unfortunately I’m just some guy who thinks you have to play it as it lies. Like, in the context of a general election, where you actually do have two defined choices, what does “demanding better” actually mean? I can see I’m rambling now so I’m gonna stop. I gotta go to work anyway but this shit is just so frustrating to me.

The whole strip may already all be destroyed if Harris won. At best she would have been as bad as Trump. Trump want to make money from Gaza so he oppose temporarily the complete destruction. If his plan fail he will allow Israel to finish the plan of extermination just like Harris would too .That gives Palestinians the opportunity to buy time and play with Trump weaknesses.

Vice President Harris said during an interview with ABC News’ “The View” on Tuesday that “there is not a thing that comes to mind” when asked whether she would’ve done anything differently than President Biden.

Later in the interview, she said that one of the differences between her and a Biden administration would be having a Republican in the cabinet, a pledge that she has made before on the campaign trail.

Look at how Harris is licking republicans and trump boots

Later in the interview, she said that one of the differences between her and a Biden administration would be having** a Republican in the cabinet**, a pledge that she has made before on the campaign trail.

Through diplomacy and persistence, today is an important first step toward a more hopeful future,” Harris said in a statement posted to the social platform X. “I commend the leaders and partners whose efforts made this agreement possible, including** the President and his team**.

Never again, the Dems have to WIN my vote,

Here’s another way to think about it. If the Democrats come over and win your vote (as a political advocate/ under-stander/ explainer), if the Democrats can convince you, there are 2-3 other voters who aren’t as politically literate who are also going to be convinced.
