      …and since this is ICE we’re talking about, showing ID doesn’t make them any less criminal.

      When the Nazis are knocking at your door, verifying that they’re actual legit Nazis doesn’t help you. Your odds are shit either way, so might as well defend yourself even if you’re likely to land on the ‘or die trying’ part - it’s worth a shot.

    The only real way to sort this out is to shoot everyone who says they are federal agents but won’t identify themselves. Especially if they are wearing masks.

    Either you’ll shoot a bad guy pretending to be a federal agent, you’ll shoot a bad guy that is a cowardly federal agent. It’s a win win.

    For now I’d say if you see an unmarked car call the local police and say the vehicle matches the description of people impersonating officers.

    States should just pass laws that if masked men in an unmarked car jump out with guns it should be fully legal to shoot them and the state will fully reimburse their legal cases and will pay a certain amount of bail.
