Going srs on the meme here, but irregular fighters are generally terrible. No standard of training or fitness, no command structure, no logistics networks. A lot of Mormons in the Great Plains take up long range and extreme long range shooting (think sniper shit), mostly because you have enough flat land there to set up proper 1000yd ranges (and enough deserted areas where you can just go plink a target for a couple hours without another living soul around).
