The yolk is waaay too hard
My issue with foods like these is that the eggs get overcooked and the sulfur ring forms around the yolk, you probably want to cook the eggs to be more runny so it doesnt overcook while you cook the outer layer
Yes, the egg needs to be barely cooked before battering and frying, which makes it really annoying to shell + batter + fry them
I had fried eggs for breakfast this morning. They were delicious. I normally have porridge.
