With that said, treating this kid, or any kid, like an adult is just… Why? That is the entire point, they are kids, ee acknowledge that they are kids, that they are different bit now we just chose to ignore that because reasons?

If we do this then there is no reason at all to treat any kid different in trials. Let’s give kids the electric chair again, it’s not like the US hasn’t done such horrible things before.

I mean, why looking at the actual causes of this, why try and avoid this happening again by changing the environment of kids like this that are at risk, when you can just toss them in the incinerator and you’re done with the problem?

From reading, I’m to understand that South Korea is speed running off a cliff into oblivion within a few decades and it might already be too late to stop it. It’s really interesting for me to see news like this, and the one about little girls preparing for kpop and nothing about South Korea planning a full 180 degree social and cultural change to avoid its demise. It was paid 3 Billion to bring us to Mars by now and by now where are we? If I’m extremely gracious, I’d say we’re at 1% of that. At the rate they’re going they can barely launch rockets that don’t explode, and they still do stupid and dumb stuff and them brag about the minor things that went well while cheering the explosions.

Compare SpaceX to the fucking Apolo program that had to figure out everything from scratch, to do every calculation with a ruler, no good manufacturing techniques and see what they got in a decade. What did SpaceX do in this last decade?

He promised he’d make space travel 10-100 times cheaper and so far he sold it for more expensive after receiving grant after grant.

The guy is a fucking scammer. SpaceX arguably has some good engineers, but that’s it. Wake me up when they manage to get a rocket in high earth orbit reliably
