i think, you could also skip it. i don’t really remember. i remember vaguely, you already had a working account when this came up
after you sign up to reddit, it will ask you to pick a few things you like from a tag cloud. it will then try and show you more of that.
also, reddit apps that were able to block/filter subs, were able to really remove that from feeds. in lemmy, that only seems to work per instance. fir example, if someone wants to see all posts, except from memes, they’d have to block memes@xyz.net, memes@yomomasinstance.org, etc… There will probably be a new instance every day and they will therefore never be able to actually block “memes”
that would be best, but russia already has some
I can stick my arms or feet in it’s blowjole. when it comed up to breath, it means it’s already out of air. that’s when i strike. muahaha 🤪
now we have retarded youtube clickbait titles imported to lemmy. i don’t like this. the title is for telling people briefly about the content
it was too swag. they couldn’t handle it.
romantic relationships aren’t always happy. it’s almost like a lottery. most make you happy for a few years, then end unpleasantly and leave you hurt for many months, sometimes years.
sooo. you opted out of that. maybe it’s better that way. hard to say, because we don’t know what the lottery has in store for you
the timing of all of this makes it look like russia is trying to distract supporters of ukraine and countries in trouble because of the grain exports slowed down because of russia attacking ports. i wonder what will come out of this chaos
not having turkye in it is a big plus for everyone else tho. people remember him blocking/delaying nato memberships etc
he showed his true colors when he insulted that diver, because he didn’t get to use his toy in a rescue mission.
contrary to the dinosaurs, ppl have a choice
Samsung Galaxy S10e is pretty good and still available. Can recommend.
yes, there’s a github instance list, which is one of the top google result and it says “It doesn’t matter which instance you use” in bold, but that’s not true:
it would be good, if subs had a further category tree. maybe multiple even. for example a “Manchester United” sub should have sport>soccer. so people interested in that can subscribe to either sport or soccer to get posts from it, as well as from similar subs, instead of having to find and subscribe hundreds individually. on the other hand, sports haters could block/filter all sports, or just soccer, if they are fed up with it, instead of having to block them all individually. i’m sure that would enhance usability and wouldn’t interfere with how lemmy is used right now. it would just be some extra help.
very interesting. i wonder what happens on Android devices
