I think a lot of people don’t know what co-ops are. I have been pretty left leaning my whole life and I only found out co-ops in my late 20s and the majority of people I talked to in real life have no idea what coops are. And from that few that do know, many dont know how big cooperatives can be.

I used to meditate alot and it has helped, using headspace in the beginning but I stopped some years ago. On the bright side I overthink much less than before but meditation couldn’t hurt and would probably help

I definitely overthink before sleep, I’m relatively calm in the other places you listed. I never thought about where/when I overthink before, thanks for giving me a new way of framing overthinking, I will try my best not to overthink it

I’ve been using DDG for the last few months and it is also bad anything map related or at localizing things (DDG also bad with news, it reverts to MSN alot as a news aggregator) )I will have to use Ecosia to real compare the two but their tree planting idea has made curios enough to try it. Jesus, the plant makes nearly $4 billion annually but these workers are only paid around 300 USD a month and want increases to 428 a month within three years.

Makes sense! I think France, and all countries that had slave colonies, should pay back the equivalent of the profits they made from slavery with interest. It won’t take away the atrocities that were committed but it is part of justice.
