I told him that I liked him more than a friend a couple months ago. Ended in a friend-zone 💀 . We both agreed that it’s best for us to be just friends because of timing. He works a lot and does school full time, so he’s not gonna be able to prioritize me. I (still) find him attractive, but he helped me dodge a bullet in saving me from another heartbreak.

Ohh. Whoops, I misread your question. In that case, also no. They usually use words to tell me to keep close majority of the time when I was a kid. I wasn’t the type of child that would run off whenever I wanted because I would listen to them (their scoldings, warnings about stranger danger). As I grew up, they trusted me enough to let me wander around at an event we were at or something by myself because they knew when and where I would report back. Basically, I was responsible enough at a young age.

No, not that I remember. It’s not that they don’t love each other; they do. It’s just that they show it differently through actions rather than physical touch. My parents are Chinese; physical touch isn’t that common in East Asia. And their parents (aka my grandparents) didn’t show them love through that way, so I grew up mostly receiving love through actions, too like my mom buying/cutting fruits while I’m studying.

A friend of mine got me interested in playing Tamagochi (Paradise). You can get the latest release on Amazon, though it’s more expensive than older gens.

Idk if you like building stuff, but I collect cardboard from packages and turn them into 3D weapons. I do the same with recyclable trash. I take garbage and make art out of it, usually making sci-fi spaceships. And I put them on display around the house. To me, it’s very fun and my absolute favorite hobby.

My ex bf was a car guy. He got me interested in it and took me on my 1st midnight drive. BEST. NIGHT. EVER. We snuck out of our houses to go driving down LA. It was SO much fun–playing our favorite songs, speeding, seeing the city lights! Wish I could do it again with him. After we broke up, I view cars as a my love for him so I kept my hobby/interest. But it took me awhile to view it that way because cars reminded me of him which equals sad.

Also I’m an artist interested in illustration/concept design. I find prop design (specifically vehicles and weapons) fun to draw. So as a designer, I would research how things work like the mechanics to get a better understanding of the functionality of said object like cars. And I like how some sports cars look with all the sharp spikes and cool gadgets-- a fuel for my inspiration/imagination. And I just like learning new things.
