  • They got rid of the popular tab. This lead me to multiple feelings:

    1. Popular is where I found new content and communities.
    2. Popular is where I could tell what other redditors were interested in and gave a sense of a larger “Reddit” community
    3. Reddit openly confirmed they are trying to break up the “Reddit community”
    4. Getting rid of this style of browsing feels to me like trying to limit the ability of people on Reddit to congregate on shared ideas

    Reddit is just part of the machine now like facebook and Instagram
