Stocks ripped higher on Wednesday after a decisive victory by Democrats in the U.S. midterm elections removed political risk that was hanging over Wall Street.
At this point they don’t need to peel too many Republicans off to get 2/3rds. The big problem is any win they secure Trump will take credit for.
I would not be surprised if some Republicans in congress suddenly decide they don’t want to go off the cliff with Trump and stop doing everything he says.
Made much the same comment earlier about impeachment. None of these people are stupid. They know damned well Trump’s dying of dementia and can’t be on camera too much longer. They also know that the death of the cult leader ends MAGA. I’m expecting defections here and there.
