Biden had four years to deal with this guy and just didn’t.

I love how this statement still gets downvoted, all these years later. Pure denialism, even in a community full of die-hard Trump haters.

The worst thing Biden ever did was refuse to push harder on Trump. He had four years to get one of the prosecutions (plural) settled, including the one where we have publicly released phone call recordings of Trump committing the crime. Yeah, the Georgia prosecutor fucked up, but they slow rolled it before the fuck up meaning there wasn’t time to recover from the fuck up.

Biden also had four years to release the Epstein files, but he didn’t. Even if he knew the prosecutions would not have been successful and was playing a political game of “we’re doing this the right way and not doing a knee-jerk witch hunt,” releasing the files in their full would have gotten this ball rolling in a very different DOJ and FBI environment. It also would have given the public more time to see the connections.

Making a Federalist Society member the Attorney General was a very bad idea.

I want Jack Smith or Vanita Gupta to be the next AG.
