On a large size, yeah this is fine.
I do appreciate my center burner only bc I have this titanium kbbq (grill) pan. Heats up well and evenly.
Why does the center burner have two knobs too?
That’s a dual ring burner, it has an outer and inner burner.
Usually they’re in a combined knob though.
Sometimes middle burners have yet knobs for long shaped pans.
The other one could be for the oven? Fan? Light?
To handle double to power.
