Sarajevo Safari is the name for an alleged war tourism phenomenon during the siege of Sarajevo (1992–1996) involving human hunting. According to the reports, wealthy foreign nationals were enabled, for large monetary fees, to shoot at civilians in the besieged city with sniper rifles for entertainment purposes.

    Money/power corrupts.

If you’ve had a taste of power at work, say in middle management, you probably know what I mean. Imagine that 1000X stronger. Hand almost anyone a billion dollars, and they’ll quickly lose their compassion and empathy.

You’re not immune, you just don’t have access.

"Don’t try to tell me how some power can corrupt a person

You haven’t had enough to know what it’s like

You’re only angry 'cause you wish you were in my position

Now nod your head because you know that I’m right, all right?"

Trent said it with a little more whimsy.
