In a set of fascistic speeches on Thursday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, White House power broker Stephen Miller, and other top Trump administration officials labelled the political left as a “terrorist” threat and vowed to use all of the tools at their disposal to systematically destroy left-wing groups. Representatives from 67 countries gathered in the U.S. on Thursday for a meeting…

These loser fascists are so devoid of talent that it appears they’re just scraping the internet for what we say about them then turning it around to fit their narrative.

We’ve been calling conservatism a cancer for YEARS and he’s just using our own words as theirs.

As always, conservatives/regressives have no talent or creativity. They can only steal what others create or simply destroy.

If this nation actually brings justice back we’ll see this fascist on the chopping block.

All the “best” conservative arguments are just repurposed left-wing arguments that someone ran ctrl+f and replaced each identifying term with it’s counterpart.

The infuriating part is that the reason it works is because left-wing arguments are fundamentally structured better and are more compelling. At some point in the past, a lefty made that argument to the right-winger and they could feel that they were losing the argument, so they quietly adopted the aesthetic of the same argument and later deployed it like they came up with it themselves.

It’s why every right-wing argument has to construct a fiction where their enemy already holds all the power and has been in control for decades. Everyone can intuitively feel that they’re being scammed by an unfair system that’s rigged for the benefit of the wealthy. All right-wingers have to do is convince people that the structure of society can’t be blamed on the people with the power to shape it. They just need people to blame someone they’ve already been convinced to hate. Immigrants, minorities, queers, and anyone else who would tell them who their actual enemies are.

I think a lot of people assume we have to be at full blown Nazi genocide before “fascism” or “fascist” can be reasonably used.

      Nope.

It’s fascism now. Already. Currently happening. Here in America. Now.

We just haven’t reached the apex…yet.

What confuses me about this administration is that they seem to be aiming to make any political belief or action that does not support them worthy of a lengthy prison sentence.

… but [REDACTED] is also a lengthy prison sentence. So they’ve removed the incentive to not [REDACTED].

In other words… why design a system where your opponents have nothing to lose? They will be pushed towards acting like they have nothing to lose.

Because they want an excuse to implement martial law that their base will accept. An “enemy within” that turns violent is exactly the pretense they’re stoking for this, even if it’s obvious they invented everything that caused it.

I see this sentiment a little more frequently than I see the following that I’ll paraphrase:

“They’re doing this to egg on a response [so we should not give them what they want by pushing back]” is an accidental or intentional PsyOp campaign.

If your opponent threatens to fight you if you fight back, you would choose to surrender before the fight begins?

It’s an incredibly effective PsyOp when arguably the largest downside of anti-MAGA people is their rampant apathy, and that sentiment is like gasoline to a fire. “Oh, the enlightened response is to stay home like I did in 2024? Sick.”

Nah, but we should wait until we know a democratic method (voting) won’t work to remove the fascists. Once we cross that line, then we can resort to the actual fighting back.

Because the best case scenario here is that they want us to actually fight back so they can impose martial law, but we don’t, then we win by voting them out without any widespread violence and they never got to play their martial law card.

If it doesn’t work, and we realize they’ve corrupted the electoral process and stolen an election, then we grab our pitchforks (guns) and properly do what a bunch of inbred redneck traitors failed to do on Jan 6, because they’re stupid and of course they didn’t have any semblence of an actual plan.

“We should wait until it is too late. That will be the perfect time to act. Just a little longer…”

Okay, if you say so. Again, accidental or intentional PsyOp.

I totally get that. It’s certainly why I’m not doing more.

But “let’s not oppose them because they want opposition” is playing more into their hands than opposing them is. I get it’s a Lose-lose but let’s not go for the Lose because we don’t want to lose.

yea im not arguing with that part. Im just at the point where I can’t do what I want, which is to prosecute and properly punish all these fuckers according to the laws of the country they stole.

That’s exactly what they want. If they have nothing to lose, they fight back, then the right can point at that and use it as confirmation of their originally bullshit claims. Fascism 101.

I thought Miller was a beer, but apparently it’s also a “White House Deputy Chief of Staff”, whatever that is. What does that person do? It sounds like a glorified HR title for an insecure person.

A great example of accusation in the mirror technique from alt right play book.

We all know which group is more similiar to an opportunistic organism that tries to forcefully spread everywhere, even at the expense of every other being in the system.

It’s just a new/different version of the tired trope that the black kid in the hoodie is dangerous- BE SCARED OF THE BLACK KID IN THE HOODIE !!!

Yet it is almost always the white man in the suit that is going to either rob you or kill you.
