I thought Miller was a beer, but apparently it’s also a “White House Deputy Chief of Staff”, whatever that is. What does that person do? It sounds like a glorified HR title for an insecure person.
Oh, right.
Chief of staff basically is the ring leader who coordinates all the other flunkies in the cabinet.
