On the subject of Ted Kaczynski and people in the Epstein files, I get an opportunity to revive this old limerick:

    Lewinsky and Clinton have shown,
what Kaczynski must surely have known:
    That an intern is better
than a bomb in a letter
of the possible ways to be blown.

For those who go down the rabbit hole:

      • Wikipedia still lists him as employed at Yale
      • Yale’s faculty page still has him listed
      • He was very recently relieved from teaching duties while Yale reviews the emails that happened after Epstein’s conviction
      • He rates last out of 82 computer science professors at Yale

I’m wondering why he had a job to begin with. Being against women in the workforce should preclude you from being allowed to teach women who might enter the workforce.

With professors like that, it’s no wonder that there’s a dearth of women in CS.

I was wondering why his face looked familiar. He was featured on Big Thinkers.

I’ll rewatch it later, but the only thing I remember about him was that he learned how to use his other hand as his primary after the mail bomb blew up his dominate one. Probably the only reason he had an episode at all was the bombing.
