A Bring Me The News reporter who was near the scene said an agent opened fire at a man outside Glam Doll Donuts at Nicollet Avenue and 26th Street at around 9 a.m.
Video from our reporter reveals that multiple shots were fired, with the agent believed to be just a few feet away from the man when he was struck, apparently in his chest.
The man was seen unconscious on the ground and responders were carrying out chest compressions.
Immediately after our reporter approached the scene, an agent was heard yelling for help and scissors to open the victim’s shirt. Agents told our reporter that they had immediately called 911 for assistance.
New video uploaded to Reddit shows several federal agents struggling with a man outside Glam Doll, during which a shot is fired, followed by multiple more shots fired at the man as he lay on the ground.

He was executed.
Fucking brownshirts
I agree they operate more like the SA. They’re sloppy and there to incite chaos. The Gestapo were more polished came after the citizens had been terrorized into compliance. When the SA was disbanded those who didn’t make the cut for the Gestapo we’re sent to war and to man the camps

Good to know what their deflection is going to be, I hope journalists press them on the fact that the ICE officers had their hands on this guy and were beating on him before they shot him. If that pistol is his and he did actually brandish it, it’d still be a strong case for self defense, and either way this is just objectively shit police work. How tf do you put hands on someone with multiple people and still end up in a situation where you’re forced to shoot them?
Let’s say he really had the gun.
They’re beating on him, his arms are flailing, he has a gun hosltered somewhere and maybe they suddenly see it, or his arm flails towards it from the beating.
Idiot cop uses that as an excuse to murder them.
I thought you had a right to legally carry in the US?
Doesn’t stop a cop from deciding to kill you when they see it.
They had 1 person per limb and couldn’t pin him down because they’re incompetent, poorly trained, and out of shape.
If ICE would have complied and left he wouldn’t have gotten shot.

Homeland Security shares account of fatal shooting The Department of Homeland Security said federal agents were conducting a “targeted operation” in Minneapolis at 9:05 a.m. Saturday looking for “an illegal alien wanted for violent assault.”
“An individual approached U.S. Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun,” the agency said in a statement. “The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted.”
“Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots,” the department’s statement continued. “Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene.”
DHS said the man had two magazines and “no ID” and that more information would be coming.
If you approach a federal agent (who will likely be wearing a mask and sneaking around) while exercising your 2nd amendment rights you can be killed, cool cool cool /s

“The scene must be secured by local law enforcement for the collection and preservation of evidence,” Moriarty said. “We expect the federal government to allow the BCA to process the scene.”
