Can someone remind me why I put my name on that dotted line to serve? Back then there were some fringe wackos but wtf this is just stupidity at this point.

The 55 million figure suggests that some people subject to review would currently be outside the United States

LOL, I wondered at that number!

My wife wants to go back to the Philippines and I’m scared shitless that she won’t get back in. I’m literally afraid to travel with my legal immigrant wife. Imagine that.

Don’t have to imagine. Same here bud. I want to leave and not come back. There is zero chance that I would leave without that being the goal at this point. I would not expect to be able to come back at all.

The last immigrant member of my family got their citizenship between the time he was elected and the time he took office, and they quickly got their passport. I am sooo relieved we don’t have to deal with the fears this madman causes for so many millions of people.

Don’t breathe too big a sigh of relief, they’ve already made noises like they want to find ways to strip naturalization for a LOT more people than they already have.

Nah dude, I’ve been a naturalized citizen for something like 15 years and I fully expect them to revoke it. On the plus side, I won’t have to pay them taxes since I don’t even live in the US any more.
