It didn’t matter if a German citizen supported the Third Reich or didn’t care and just wanted to run his bakery. Bombs still fell on his town, foreign troops still fought through his streets. This shit affects you whether or not you have the intelligence to comprehend it or the courage to confront it.

Yeah, it kinda changes if the first sentence is “I saw a post from a dipshit neo-nazi suggesting the extermination of jews, colored and disabled”

Also remember to never vote or have an opinion on your community’s lives getting harder because you didn’t want to get political

Skip and ignore posts that are made by really fucking stupid people talking insane shit: doable and good for your mental health (don’t feed the trolls, chess with a pigeon, yadda yadda)

Don’t take a side: My consecrated fellow, if you don’t pick a side, someone will do it for you

We have a word for German citizens who weren’t actively in the regime, but who also didn’t do much to stop it. The word is nazi.

Good for you if you can forget politics and still live your life, for some of us, those things are diametrically opposed.
