President Donald Trump says he’d like to see Arab nations increase the number of Palestinian refugees they are accepting from the Gaza Strip — potentially moving out enough of the population to “clean out” the area to create a virtual clean slate.

“Something has to happen,” Trump said. “But it’s literally a demolition site right now. Almost everything’s demolished, and people are dying there.” He added: “So, I’d rather get involved with some of the Arab nations, and build housing in a different location, where they can maybe live in peace for a change.”

Resettling Palestinians elsewhere seems like a straightforward solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Honestly baffling no one else thought of this given how many decades this thing has been happening.

    -A very stable genius, apparently

Not giving civilians the chance to flee the warzone during a war is unique to this war. In any other war, civilians would have fled the country until the war is over.

Those who could afford to pay the necessary bribes to Egypt left. Most were forced to stay.

Jared Kushner, Donald Trump’s former White House adviser and his son-in-law, praised the “very valuable” potential of Gaza’s “waterfront property,” suggesting that Israel should remove civilians while it “cleans up” the area.

      Source.

Further in the article he says this:

Additionally, Kushner suggested that he “would just bulldoze something in the Negev, I would try to move people in there,” adding: “I know that won’t be the popular thing to do, but I think that’s a better option to do, so you can go in and finish the job.”

“I think Israel’s gone way more out of their way than a lot of other countries would, to try to protect civilians from casualties,” Kushner added.

      Fucking ghoul.

So the great plan that the republicans and sit outs voted/ did not vote for as an alternative to Harris was to remove everyone from their country and force everyone else to take them as refugees? Like forced evacuation? Leave or die? Ukraine should be pretty scared right about now.

I hope Trump bans all your genders.

Funny enough, this is the second time in as many days that I’ve seen one of you people specifically singling out LGBTQ+ people in your little temper tantrums. Makes it pretty obvious that Palestine was just your excuse to welcome the christian nationalists in. You see, we suspected that you didn’t care before but now it appears your masks are slipping off.

Some other asshole told someone with a trans kid that they should care about Palestinians more than their son.

And when I pointedly asked that person (as I often do in these situations) what specifically they have done about this genocide other than berate people for not caring as much as they do, they did not answer. I never get an answer. As if it’s a challenge to send form letters to politicians, but they don’t even bother doing that. Easier to sit on their ass and tell other people how awful they are.

          they did not answer

Yeah, the Israeli or Russian troll farms that were driving this whole thing and providing the slogans and snappy comebacks have achieved their goal and left now. So now the confused kids that are left don’t have any snappy comebacks anymore, except to repeatedly take digs at LGBTQ+ people and reveal the real reason they were drawn into this.

Amusingly enough, right after I posted that, they responded to me again and told me they refused to tell me what they are doing about the genocide because it would get rid of their anonymity.

Unless they are literally in a militant group fighting Israel, that’s a stupid as fuck excuse. And even then, “I am in a militant group in Gaza and fighting Israel” doesn’t let anyone know who they are.

Well, a considerable proportion of these users are likely trolls/propagandists trying to fracture the non-fascists even more. It’s worth remembering that many people who protested against the Democratic Party’s approach to Israel voted for them anyway because they thought it was still the better alternative. There are true assholes in the world too of course, including pro-palestine ones, there are in any movement, but there is a risk that they are exaggerated and made to seem more common through the work of propagandists.

I have probably spent the equivalent of weeks since this genocide began working with JVP, spending 4-5 hours a week making phone calls, sending form emails, showing up to my representative’s district office and talk directly to his staff, etc. I am dealing with two chronic illnesses and a bunch of other shit and I can still make the time and the effort. Other than going to their office, I would barely call it effort.

And every single time I ask people like this what they have done, they either don’t answer or do what this moron I am mentioning just did a few minutes ago and claim that if they say what they are doing, it would get rid of their anonymity.

They clearly aren’t willing to even send the form letters I mentioned, despite them being readily available, complete with lists of email and snail mail addresses to send them to. Sending one a month would be more than they are currently doing.

Most of them clearly didn’t even know what Palestine even was prior to October 7, and others still, aren’t aware that the West Bank is even a fucking thing.

        They’re clueless.

        Gender on my DL: human.

I’m a cishet male, but I’m 100% ok with this. Only medical doctors really need to know anyhow

I’d be fine with that too, to be honest. It’s a social construct anyway for the most part. We could all agree to eliminate the concept of gender entirely if we wanted to and very little in terms of anything significant would change.
