New York State Police arrested 35-year-old Jerica J. Costich, from Rochester, on charges of rape after an allegation that she had an inappropriate relationship with an 18-year-old detainee at the Industry Residential Center.
That story is ridiculously short on details. Is it statutory rape because they were under 18 at the time? Was it coerced sex? Did she violently assault him?
I’m not saying I want a play-by-play, but the tiniest bit of information about what happened would help.
