So this is an old Mixet shower valve. You can try ordering the parts for a rebuild and changing the cartridge for it, but in my experience the valve body has issues with it. We usually end up replacing them with either a Delta or Moen single handle shower valve.

It’s not a Moen, it’s a Mixet. I am not a fan of rebuilds or cartridge change outs on these. It’s doable but usually the valve body has something wrong with it. Usually just change them out with a delta or a Moen single handle.

Facebook did this to me like 10 years ago. I think someone reported my profile as fake, even though I created mine in 2006. They asked for a form of government ID to be sent to them, I did an MS paint line drawing of an ID card. They blocked my account for good with no way to even try again. I wasn’t going to send them anything anyways but I thought it was hilarious that they actually wanted me to do that.

Growing up playing Smash Brothers with my friends we all had an agreement that the only items we would use were pokeballs at max spawn rate. Two years ago I played Smash for the first time since then with some other people with all items on and it felt weird. I haven’t played since.

I’m a plumber in Denver and we are already dealing with the natural gas ban in the city limits. If someone’s gas water heater goes out it’s possible we have to wait up to two weeks to install one. This is after we have to give a detailed explanation as to why we can’t just upgrade to an electric one. If they deny the gas water heater and make us put in an electric one the cost for the homeowner is way more expensive. It’ll be interesting to see how this will all play out.

Almost 40 and I’m into Kpop as well! My current favorite is Dreamnote. Dreamcatcher actually came through here back in March but it was before I was listening to Kpop.
