There is apparently a very small percentage of the gene pool that only need 4-5 hours. I’m 6-8. It’s never consistent. Some nights I feel more tired and sleep earlier and some mornings I wake up earlier than I should but on average about 7 hours for me.

I disagree. I think it shows that NATO has a modicum of a spine and won’t bow to a corrupt president no matter how conventionally powerful their military.
