There’s people living in the artics and tundras of Canada. As far as arable land, you actually think the world’s second largest country by mass isn’t arable?

As far as population you are right though, their population did just recently surpass California.

It’s not just jobs, Canada is extremely underpopulated for its size. There’s literally more people in the state of California than all of Canada.
