I’ve had 5 pairs of the same shoes over 5 years. Apparently nobody else likes them and the same store still had old stock years later discounted to €25 from €100. Cleared them out for the last 3 pairs they had which i now keep as backup.
Depends on the port, micro usb used to just wear out over time.

The cardboard crusher probably, just have to tip them over the edge. Puts them nicely in 1.5x1.5x1m cubes

Greed is another one
We were down €500 because our boy snorted grass and got it stuck in his nose and throat. 5 minutes after getting home he’s sniffing the flowers in the grass again.
Took the train to get there, then decided drunkenly decided not to take the last one home. 15km was quite a bit too far when fucked up, did it again the week after.
I need my 60% to stop my mouse bumping into my keyboard. Pains of a slow sens
Or those of us from Gen Z that where born just at the cutoff and got tech acces at a way to young age.

Sometimes monetizing your hobbies does make sense if they can pay for more hobby materials. I enjoy upgrading and building 3d printers more than waiting while its busy doing it’s thing.
Example: During Covid i made bank selling plastic brackets for routers for the company my dad worked for. Original ones were €75 and on a 6+ month backorder, so once I heard my dad talking about it I immediately started modeling and “gifted” them 5 the next day.
Sold 50 more for €25 a piece which paid for a new custom build and a lifetime supply of filament.
Didn’t really feel like I was monetizing my hobby because the only downside was not being able to print stuff for my self when it was literally printing money.
We don’t do general anesthesia for most things dental related here in NL. But after hearing the sound bounce around in my head I wish we did.
Oh this was a fast one, was back in the waiting room within 15m, 10 of which was waiting for the localised pain killer to kick in before starting.

Can still hear the sound of them breaking it to get it out

I tried gaming and watching movies with some early 2000s version of AR glasses (basically just a see trough monitor on your head).
Resolution and input delay was horrible but it was fun for a bit.

Got trapped in a cloud / storm on Alpe d’huez a couple years ago. Just behind the red marker is a steep ravine, but they were spaced too far so that in the middle of 2 you couldn’t see them.
It being so white at times that I couldn’t see my legs nor arms was a pretty surreal experience

Well wake me up when the bs is over ig

If you’re gonna use it for games I can’t recommend a Wooting 60HE or another hall effect switch keyboard enough. Having full control over the actuation and reset point makes it feel more responsive than any mechanical keyboard I had before.
Not having a set point makes it so much more intuitive, moving downwards activates a key and moving upwards deactivates it. Instead of having to go past the hardware defined trigger point.
Idk my sample size of 2 might be small but both are actually quite decent.
Remember kids, gravity only kicks in once you look down.
Game right screen, left screen is vertical since it’s mostly for text based things.
