I used to feel bad about reaching milestones and “succeeding at life” because I was mourning a friend who could not reach those milestones with me. Therapy helped a lot.

If you eat well and work out, you are probably looking really nice! Don’t compare yourself to “perfect” people on instagram, compare yourself with who you where before (or just for fun with the average person in wallmart). It also helps to find another goal than simple looking good, such as lifting a certain weight, or participate in sport events. Makes it all way more fun.

They don’t advice to eat only bread, just to reduce other foods while eating 6 slices if bread. If bread is whole grain and no added sugars, it’s actually a pretty good source for protein, which is what you want to eat a lot of while dieting to maintain muscle mass.

If you have a power meter you can try out zwift or rouvy. You can see yourself riding specific routes on screen and they have workout programs that prompt change of intensity. Otherwise I think GCN has some follow along youtube videos, and there might be others as well.

Human variation means you can be a male with a natural “male” wide pelvic bone. When determining the sex of human skeletons, they use a whole array of measurements besides just the width of the pelvis and still get it wrong sometimes. Unless you have other indications or feel you might be a different gender than you present as, you have nothing to worry about.
