No. You could claim to have murdered someone, and they may detain you for this for some time, but without evidence of a crime I don’t think they can charge you and definitely can’t convict you.
Honest opinion: The republican party is flailing and trying to “accomplish” anything they possibly can regardless of the actual benefits to citizens.

I’ve switched over to Proton for email, calendar and drive. I still haven’t found a replacement for Google Photos but I’m looking for one.
