Would this be good publicity or bad publicity for signal?
“Even government officials think we’re secure!”
Or
“Idiots actually think signal is secure for classified information”
How does this work exactly? My familiarity with Unions is that either they’re created inside an existing company, or a union gets people to unionize at a company. The idea with both of this situations is that all the workers leaving would be detrimental for the company so the company has to give into the Union Demands to some extent.
With my unfamiliarity with with this video game union, it seems they’ve just created one, but wouldn’t that mean that a company has to decide to hire workers from this union? My understanding with the game industry is there’s thousands of experienced people that will work for cheap, so I feel most game companies will have options vs union workers.
Also, I hope they publish the games they are involved in so i can support them.

Are we trusting news week now? Didn’t seem to be the most reliable website
May be a bit out there, but on Android, Shattered Pixel Dungeon is a rogue lite game that is free and extremely fun to play. No ads, not very demanding on your phone, still gets updates, and easy to pick up and play when you’re out traveling.
Its a very hard game, where knowledge is very important, as well as experimentation.
Yes winds do blow pollution, especially from a lot of coastal cities. Los Angeles is an exception because of the mountains nearish the coast that essentially disrupt those winds. So most of the year, the smog just accumulates over LA, contributing to its very low quality air. This is despite the fact that LA (and other Western US States) use a cleaner burning blend of gasoline (more expensive as well), has somewhat strict fuel efficiency fuel requirements, and smog checks for vehicles. Other coastal states don’t have the same restrictions yet still have better air quality.
IDK if I would call any of the two elections you mentioned “rigged” as I feel people think of that word to mean direct fraud (votes changed for instance). That being said, seemingly both elections were influenced by Russian mis and disinformation campaigns which puts into question what the response should be. This are not honest elections and, thankfully for Romania, they are able to and seemingly are doing something about this campaign of influence. For the US, which I’m assuming was heavily influenced by Social Media during this last election, nothing should be done, except to make some changes moving forward.
I mean, we’re in an English post, and the US is the 3rd most populated country in the world. Looking at Wikipedia, the next country after the US that has a majority of its citizens with English as a first language is the UK with about 1/3 of the population as the US. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_English-speaking_population
Not to mention, crazy things that happen to the US can affect other countries as well. Especially negative things would have an affect on other countries. The US is the country with the highest GDP in the world, and if we get a recession, with our globally connected world, others feel it as well. The reverse is also true but dependent on the countries relation to the US. China, being a high GDP country with strong trade and financial ties to the US could also cause huge problems to the US should it encounter a recession.
If he is reelected, then SK Is at least as bad as the US. If they don’t,then they’re a way better country
I don’t watch cable TV. I get free Disney plus which includes ads. For these I do in fact mute them. I find ads annoying.
If i could change time to allow Biden to run, i would do so only because Harris running in the situation that she did, didn’t work out regardless.
But I kind of don’t think he would have won either. The debate performance plus “his bad economy” I think we’re too impactful. I think the only chance, if any, was Biden not running, and us actually having a chance to select a candidate.
The biggest hurdle I would say is the disinformation war that reality is losing against Russia/MAGA.
Not domeone who has given up gaming, but I stopped gaming for a bit with the hope I would be more productive. Not long, short bursts of a couple of months. I hated it because I would still spend time doing “unproductive” things, but even worse, it felt like I wasn’t doing anything actually fun. Like, I’m scrolling on Reddit or Lemmy for like 2 hours? Sure I read quite a bit, but there’s a lot of uneducationa posts, as well as a lot of time spent scrolling because I was on it for so long that the good posts I got through quickly.
At least with video games, I get a sense of learning, and challenging myself.
I don’t know why either, but in I heard the same thing: more women tend to care not about the environment than men. Anecdotally, a lot of environmental related stores > and groups I go to are a majority women attended or assumed at women.
Probably using a group chat or something. I can’t imagine he personally knows all 50 of these guys tbh. I hope not at least for the reasons you indicated.
Deadlock is really great. I like to go to the enemy base and try to 1v6 people repeatedly. I get angry when my team tries to help or pings me to do mid boss, urn or kill creeps.
Great post. Where have I seen this before?
That’s actually a bit light on mileage ain’t it? Us it your daily commuter? I calculate about 9k miles per year that you put on it, which is low compared to the us average of 14k. Regardless that’s great it’s lasted you a long time, and you haven’t needed to put a lot of mileage on it.
