FIDO2 and security keys are the closest things we have to a solution. Unfortunately far too few companies support them. It would have saved him here because each credential only works with the proper URL for it.
And if you monitor Slickdeals, you can often get a copy for under $40.
Pentel Twist-erase 0.7 is the proper answer.
Section 230 is supported by the corporate types too since all the big Internet companies would cease to exist without it. This is brain dead boomers not understanding how the Internet works.
It’s a bit surprising he didn’t have them censor all references to him before releasing the files. I’m surprised any time this administration doesn’t do the most corrupt and evil thing possible.
I’m old enough to say it was exactly like this back in 2005. That was a couple years after the Bush administration told blatant lies to start the Iraq War, ignoring the largest protests in the world up to the time. There was open corruption as they gave out massive no-bid contracts to Republican cronies like KBR. There was rank incompetence like the FEMA response to hurricane Katrina, led by a guy whose sole qualifications were running a horse breeding association (and raising a bunch of money for Republicans).
A gift to Netanyahu for intentionally delaying the ceasefire until after the election to help Trump win.
Leopard balls apparently are.
Silence is consent when it comes to politics. Always has been; always will be.
I actually think this is Zelensky manipulating Trump. From Ukraine’s point of view, this is win-win. They get continued military support on terms that Trump is likely to champion (“$15T in rare earth metals! Take that Jina!”). The rare earth deposits are mostly in Donetsk and Luhansk, so Trump has an incentive to support taking back that territory from Russia. And finally, this will mean post-war investment into rebuilding the bombed out industries in the East.
Yeah, conviction isn’t happening. The House just needs a majority to bring articles of impeachment. At the very least, they seem to grab a lot of media attention.

At least that’s still up for now.
Two years at the earliest. Republicans control the House.
Notice how no one is talking about the Republican infighting over Trump and Elon’s support for immigration?
Any encryption system that uses the CPU to decrypt will need the key in memory, so yes it can be attacked in a similar manner.
All secure implementations of Bitlocker also use a password on boot. Use of a TPM is not unique to Bitlocker either.
The difference is Russia knows how to manipulate Tik Tok now, as recent events in Romania have made abundantly clear. They no doubt used it to help Trump get elected.
I wouldn’t even then. There are so many better options now, in both design and build quality.
