Did you have social studies growing up? I did, and I remember learning a slew of names that I didn’t have any idea how to pronounce.

We learned about discoveries that stemmed from various parts of the globe.

I can’t remember very much of it, because I preffered science and math classes in Junior high. This was in a small town in Texas too, in the 00s.
