Unfortunately i have to link to reddit but as you can see, the GPU can handle the graphics. But if you do a certain action like switch an item, the game freezes. I think this could be due to a CPU spike.
Ctrl-Shift-Esc if you’re still on windows, that’ll let you see your CPU usage (sort by CPU usage). Run the game in Windowed mode while you can monitor CPU and see what happens.
