Hundreds of Lindsay Clancy supporters, many wearing pink clothing emblazoned with phrases such as “Believe,” “She Needed Help” and “Peace For Lindsay,” gathered Thursday outside the courthouse where she is on trial in the killings of her three children.
Several of the 300 women, and a few men, said Clancy’s story resonated with them and that they wanted to raise awareness about how the mental health system treats women. Clancy’s lawyer does not dispute that she killed the children, but says she should not be held criminally responsible because she was mentally ill.
There are a lot of highly suspicious holes in her ex husband’s story. Guy keeps changing his story every time he gets asked about it. Personally I don’t buy his shit. I think he did it and framed her for it. Even the prosecutors were caught on hot mic saying to each other “He didn’t do this did he?”
Somehow, she was able to go on a manic murder spree she has zero recollection of. She had taken sedatives that should have knocked her out. Her body temperature at the time she was found would have meant she had gone out the window roughly an hour before the time the children were killed.
Her ex claimed he talked to her on the phone where she allegedly admitted clearly that she killed them. But at the time of the 14 second long call, she had alreadly gone out the window, was paralyzed and incapable of speaking at all. When she came to in the hospital, she had to communicate nonverbally.
The most damning part to me, is the fact that 1 minute after her apple watch read her heart rate at 57 bpm, her ex sent a work email from his laptop located in the basement where the children were killed. Even though he is claiming he wasn’t home at the time. Before that came out, he had lied and said their cameras didn’t work because their wifi was down at that time. Also, when the cops came, her apple watch was in her nightstand, not on her. Somehow she took it off and put it away neatly in the middle of a manic murder spree?
The kids had also been tied up using a sailor’s knot, by someone who was left handed. Interestingly, Lindsay is right handed and doesn’t know how to tie that knot. But her ex is left handed, and is an amateur sailor.
On top of that, there is footage of him in two different stores shortly after. And for some reason, even though he went straight between them, he is in a completely different outfit in each place, shoes and all. The guy got remarried like 3 months after this all happened, and if you ask me, that’s awfully short timing. None of it confirms he did it for sure, but man his whole story stinks to me.
Her lawyer did not dispute the claim she did it at the start of the trial. But a lot of this info about the husband has come to light during the trial. Idk where this will all go, but I am not convinced she did it. Statistically speaking, it’s almost always the husband that does shit like this. I think he wanted out so he could go be with his new lover. He probably saw an opportunity to frame her for it when she was begging for mental health help and talked about wanting to harm them and herself. I think he drugged Lindsay, tossed her out the window, killed the kids, and then left so he could come back a little later and “find them”. Also worth noting that he was buddy-buddy with the cops who responded to the call.
I know a lot of people have already decided she’s guilty. But given all of the holes in his story, I just don’t buy it. If you smell smoke, it’s because there’s a fire. And that guy has been lying about several things.
Well this changes everything, and I am just now learning about this case. But I hope this comes to light and he gets what’s coming to him.
Like goddammit is not marrying someone else THREE MONTHS AFTER HIS KIDS DIED! That huge red flag. But if he buddy with the cops that surprised he getting away with it.
