    I assume shipping times have more to do with proximity to a distribution center than what tier user you are. Unless we’re talking same day.

      Yeah, I do agree that proximity to a DC is huge but I used to get it, would be 3-day shipping instead because it would always sit at the Warehouse 30 minutes away on that last day instead of being delivered but I would get it now I’m lucky if it’s a five or six day ship. The reason why I’m not entirely certain if it’s a distance thing, is because now it’s moved over to you purchase it and it waits to three days in preparing and then ships, so yes the shipping is technically truthful, but they don’t process the order within the same day or 2 anymore

        That’s always the kicker. It’s 2 day shipping, but that doesn’t always mean it will ship right away. I think this is usually specified on the product page, but you have to look for it.

        For things that don’t arrive in 2 day, I know they used to have a way to report that, which would extend your membership as a way to reimburse the customer. If it happens a lot, I guess that could mean free prime forever. I assume they still have that, but I’m not sure.
