Failure is self defined. To me failure is too final a term. If I tried something and it doesn’t work that was just an unsuccessful attempt or a flawed plan. I can always try again or rethink my plan.
To better answer your question, I try to figure out what went wrong and plan my next step if it’s something important. If it’s not too important I do something else for a bit.
